HOA Members,

The HOA Board met as scheduled on Wed., June 17. The Board mostly addressed housekeeping issues. The irrigation system has been fixed and is working properly, though some of the sprinkler heads may be misguided. The ponds were inspected and they are in good shape. Our streets were finally resurfaced and they look great. The perimeter wall needs washing but that will be deferred until the drought conditions are over. Plans to add a sun sensor to the lights, put some new plantings along the wall, and mulch in the center island will be done.

We have new neighbors at lots 5 and 64, both on Deer Crossing. The diligence of Craig Rapihana and Peter Friedman have gotten the lift pump repaired.

We won’t have dates for the September or December meetings until the library reopens.

    As ever,
    Mary Lynn Endter
    Secretary, Meadow Walk HOA
