Dear Meadow Walk Neighbors:
The Meadow Walk HOA Board will be meeting on Tuesday, September 9, at 6 pm, at the library to set the Budget for the 2026 Calendar Year. If you have comments, questions, or concerns, please come to the meeting, or contact any board member before the meeting with the same.
Depending on how long it takes to set the budget, we may have time for some additional issues. For example, and I can’t believe I even have to say this, but we still have homeowners who cannot maintain the exterior of their properties by doing the simplest of things like mowing, edging and weeding their lawns, and keeping trash out of their driveways and yards. The board may discuss ways to deal with this recurring problem.
We may have an issue with Cross Creek spilling chemicals around the ponds. If you have experienced this, let someone on the board know.
And please keep in mind that with the December annual meeting, we will need person[s] who are willing to sit on the board. In fact, if you have an interest, please let me know as soon as possible, so that I can get you the necessary paperwork.
