MEADOW WALK BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
January 27, 2005, 7:00 PM at the Fruitville Library

Joe Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. All Directors except Andrea DelSanto were present.

Betsy Dane read the minutes from the December 7, 2004 meeting, which were approved unanimously.

Betsy reported on the new dues system. It has been going smoothly, with reports sent daily on dues received and deposited. To date, approximately 35 homeowners have sent in their dues, which is acceptable due to the new system and the fact that the coupons were not delivered until after the beginning of the year.

Joe indicated that he was receiving bids for the power washing/cleaning of the exterior wall. It was unanimously passed that he have the ability to enter into a contract for cleaning for an amount not to exceed $500. Anything above that will require the vote of the Board.

The Landscaping has been going well, and all items which have not been taken care of as yet have been addressed and McKenzie will see to them. It was voted unanimously that Eddie Martin, who has been doing such a good job of organizing and overseeing the overall landscape and physical care of our community, be allocated a $200 petty cash fund to tend to day-to-day expenses. We discussed the fact that some lights are out, and John Finlay will see if he can get replacements at a good cost.

Joe reported that the Littoral shelf is being care for, and that the tilapia have been eating some of the 'good' plants. This is not anticipated to be a problem.

Homeowners were reminded to please be sure their contractors do not block neighborsâ driveways.

As he is a graphic designer, Joe will be working on the new directory.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.

Respectfully submitted,

Betsy Dane, Secretary/Treasurer
