Notice is hereby given to all members of the Meadow Walk Homeowner’s Association that the Annual year end meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Fruitville Public Library, Sarasota, FL. We look forward to your attendance.
The Meeting will be called to order @ 6:00 PM with an introduction of Board and Members in attendance and the reading of the minutes of the last meeting. Acknowledge correspondence and read into minutes if necessary. The Agenda is as follows:
1. Reports:
A. Presidents Report
B. Treasurer’s Report: Proposed Budget for 2012 and bank balance.
C. Secretary’s Report.
2. Old Business:
A. New front entrance landscaping.
B. Wetlands Status.
C. Collection of HOA Fees.
3. New Business:
A. Open floor for discussion.
B. Election of Officers.
4. Adjourn:
A. New Officers will meet briefly following the meeting to determine their rolls.
note: All homeowners’ fees will be assessed once per year according to the by-laws and will be due on January 1st, 2012; Semiannual payments will be permitted only to those homeowners who paid 2011 HOA dues in full by July 30th, 2011.
